1 Chicken Soup mix

1 cup summer squash, sliced

1/2 cup celery, sliced

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

Ground pepper to taste

Also good with salt, garlic powder, paprika

A few leaves of basil, if desired



1.  Preheat oven to 350°.

2.  Place all ingredients in small baking dish.

3.  Sprinkle with Chicken soup.

4.  Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° for  20 minutes.

5.  Add basil leaves as garnish if desired
