Everyone needs a good Guac recipe and this is our go-to version. Adjust heat to your taste.
1) 4 ripe Avocados, seeded, peeled
2) 2 limes, juice
3) 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4) 1 medium white onion
5) ½ tsp salt
6) ¼ tsp black pepper
7) 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
8) 1/8 tsp cumin
9) 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
10) ¼ cup chopped cilantro
In a bowl, mash avocados with a fork. Mix in remaining ingredients and serve immediately. Squeeze lime on top to delay browning.
Serve with celery to low carbers or on top of one of our yummy Meat Muffins.
